But, in my opinion, one of the best places’ example is Mumbai City. Mumbai is known as the “Dream city”, “Maya nagari”, “Bombay” and by lots of other names. Welcome to visit your dream city ;

Places should have to visit :

Here are the some best places names ;

1.) Gateway of India :

( Apollo Bandar, Colaba )

This is the best place to visit in Mumbai. It was built by George Willet in the memory of King George and Queen Mary. It is opened 24 hours. Early mornings and late evenings are the best time to feel this inconic place. You can feel the breeze from the “Arabian” sea in this place. The Taj Hotel is situated near of it. Best thing of the place is this. It is free of cost. You can enjoy Iconic Taj hotel’s view, beautiful Gateway of India and Arabian sea in free of cost.

2.) Sanjay Gandhi National Park :

( Borivali East)

If you want to feel the Natural beauty, then you can visit here. It is the most visited park in Asia. You can see big cats in a cage.There is a old kanheri caves which increases the elegance of the beautiful place. You can enjoy boating in artificial sea. The Vanrani and toy train is also here for you. You can choose stairs or park road to visit the Gandhi tekdi which was made in the memory of Mahatama Gandhi. You have to pay few amount for the park ticket and boating. Toy train charges will have to also pay. The timing for visit is also available 7:30 am to 6:30 pm.

3.) Red Carpet Wax Mueseum :

( Amrut Nagar, Ghatkopar West )

Did you imagine stand next to your favourite and prominant celebrity? You can find anyone’s wax. Barak Obama, Robert Donald RJ, Micheal Jakson etc. Every fields celebrities’ wax are available here. You can take selfies and jealous your friends with. It charges 250 rs. on normal days and 350 rs. on weekends. Timings are 9:45am to 9:50 pm.

4.) Haji Ali Dargah :

It is a lovely place which is surrounded by the Arabian sea. This is the tomb house of Sayed Peer Haji Ali Shah Bukhari. There is a way from Causeway to Dargah road which connects with the Lala Lajpat Rai Marg which is also an iconic view. This panoramic view is very sacred. There is no entry fee. Timings are 5:30 am to 10 pm.

5.) Elephenta Caves :

( Gharapuri)

There are seven caves ; two of them are from Buddhist architect and five are belong to Hindu Lord Shiva. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Sight. You can take one hour’s joyful ferry ride to reach caves. Or, come here by road. It is a beautiful historical place. Toy train is also available here. In addition, canteen is available here to control your hunger as well. It charges 10 rs. for India, Bhutan, Afghanistan, Maldives, Bangladesh, Mayammar, Nepal, Pakistan, Srilanka and Thailand. And 250 rs. for other foreign countries. Seperate charges for toy train, canteen, ferry ride etc. Timing are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

6.) Sidhivinayak Temple :

( Khed Galli , Prabhadevi )

This auspicious place is visited by prominant celebrities and all of them who seeks the boon of God. It is a temple of Lord Ganesh as name “Sidhivinayak Temple”. You can visit here with your family or friends. It is one of the most sacred place for Hindus. Entry is free of cost. Timings are 5:30 am to 10 pm.

7.) Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus :

It is also one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sight. It is situated in the heart of Mumbai. It is built in 1888. It is a good place to visit with your family. Here is also available food corners. It is free of cost. You can visit here full- time.

8.) Taraporewala Aquarium :

( Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road, Marine Drive )

One of the oldest aquarium of Mumbai is “Taraporewala Aquarium”. You can see the sea animals, fishes, sharps all over of you rather than with you. You can touch them without harming. Fishes are here from the Arabian sea. Timings are 10.00 am to 8:00 pm. It is closed on Mondays. Amount of tickets are 60 rs for adults, 30 rs for children and 30 rs government employee.

9.) Veermata Jijabai Bhosle Zoo :

( Byeulla East, Mazgaon )

Everyone likes to see different types of animals. And want to click pictures of them. So here, Veermata Jijabai Bhosle Zoo is the house of several animals and birds. Different kinds of birds are here. And penguine is also here. It is kept in available temperature.Timings are 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Cost for one family include four persons 100 rs and extra person can come with some extra amount fee. Cost for couple is 100 rs.

10.) Chhota Kashmir :

( Aerey Colony, Goregaon)

If you are a writer , you also in search for peace in Mumbai. You can find only in Chhota Kashmir. It is a peaceful place. Timings are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. There is also a lake. You can visit here free of cost. But seperately charges for Boating and all.

11.) Hanging Garden :

( Shimla Nagar, Malabar Hill )

Do you know about the “Giant Boot Structure” ? It is known as “Old Women Shoes” in the Hanging Garden. Animal structure is also here in grassy design. Don’t miss out take pictures. It is free of cost. Timings are 5:00 am to 9:00 pm.

12.) Mumbai Film City :

Mumbai is the city of Films. How can it be possible ? You are in Mumbai and not came here. If you are die hard fan of bollywood. Its starting prize is 599 rs. You can come here 10 am to 5 pm.

13.) Snow World :

( Phoenix Market City, Kamani Junction, Kurla West )

You can find all type of snow fun here. You can do skating and ice fighting. You have gotten so much fun here with your buddies , beloved and family. You can also feel 10 degree temperature here. It is one of the finest place. Timings are 11 am to 10 pm. Entry fee is 575 rs.
