Are you also skipping your periods like me? as many times ago I faced…. And as well as Swelling on belly? Hairfall issues? Thick hair in chin, belly, breasts? Pimples on face?
Is it pcod? Maybe, Yeah!
Everyone has same symptoms in pcod or not??? That’s really big question. And answer of it is not absolute. Missing periods and constantly changing dates are the big and absolute. After this, you will get several types of symptoms. Of course, each of you are going through different – different symptoms. Some felt hairfall. Some felt blotted stomach. Some gets thick hair on face or belly. Some gets pimples. And more of you don’t get symptoms except skipping periods. Only skipping periods also can cause of pcod. (I felt blotted stomach, skipping in dates, thick facial hair and sometimes, hairfall issue.)

This problem has medical treatments but you should prefer homemade care and change your lifestyle. Irregular period is the biggest example of pcod. What is Pcod and what did happen in pcod.?
Polycystic ovarian disease is the full form of pcod. It has become very common in today’s time. 5% to 10% of women are going through this disease. In this disease, Androgen (male hormone) prevents Estrogen (female hormone) to do its work. It releases immature or partially mature eggs. So, eggs don’t release on time. It delays. Period comes in the gap of two – three months. This is called Pcod. Therefore, there is very similar symptoms of pcod and pcos. Gradually, pcod becomes pcos (polycystic ovary syndrome). In pcos, eggs don’t ovulate because of the high amount of male harmones. And eggs doesn’t release. Females don’t get period in this situation. It’s more complicated than pcod. In pcod, women can be pregnant. But, In pcos, women can’t be pregnant. Where 5% -10% females are bother cause of pcod. There’s only 2% – 3% females bothered in pcos. All these, low-grade inflammation, release of male hormones in high quantity, excess insulin, happened due to pcod and pcos. It increases the size of ovary which is normally 5-7 cc and increases 10 cc. It causes swollen belly. It starts from menarche and ends with menopause.
Cause of pcod.?
People are becoming lazy day by day. They make machines for every small work. They sit on a chair and lying on a bed whole day. They search vehicles for small steps. This small reasons has been cause of pcod in females. You can understand that Pcod is because of unhealthy lifestyle or the pollution, and, early age of menarche, eating unhealthy or packed food, lack of exercise, stress, genetic. In genetic factor, if your mother or sister had or has pcod concern, then you also get this in the most of cases. It has because of the deficiency of iron.
How to notice Pcod.?
Mainly, you have irregularity in periods. This is the main problem in pcod. Many small reasons like, you have to go through irregular period, thick hair on chin, belly, breasts and other facial parts, sudden cramps on stomach, swollen belly, pimples on face etc. If you have these signs, then you also go through pcod. And you must maintain your daily routine. Before it will become pcos. Pcos is more dangerous disease for you. If you have pcod, then you must take care of your diet, lifestyle and health factors. But if you have pcos, then you must consult doctor or any gynecologist.
My Story :-
After the four years of menarche, I have to go through pcod problem due to my unhealthy lifestyle. However, At that time, I didn’t aware about pcod. After suffering from it from two three months. I consulted to a gynecologist. She gave me medical course of 3 month to complete. And I gave up it after one month when I got periods. My problem was continued. I have been through irregular periods. Gradually, I aware about my problem. 2 years ago, my menses had been completely stopped for two – three months. Doctor gives you female hormones (androgen and progesteron) for getting period immediately. I had been through cramps. Then, I met a doctor and completed my three months course. I had regular period approximately 5-6 months nevertheless, slightly, I have irregular periods again. It happened because of my poor lifestyle. No medicine can cure you from pcod if you don’t want to out from it. I met numerous doctor and take countless medicine yet i didn’t cure my pcod. At first, you have to out from poor lifestyle, avoid junk food or packed food, and do exercise. Now, I do exercises, eating healthy food, left junk food or packed food, make a good routine. And find my periods regular.

Anyway, I tried lots of detox drink to get periods which are healthy and homemade. When, I didn’t get my periods from two months. Firstly, I used to try the drink which are suggested from a youtube channel of a doctor. It was good for me. I used to drink it three nights and I got periods. I got my periods between the three days of first drink.
As well, I do many homemade things to get periods and stay healthy.

How to make it..?
Step :- 1 You have to take deep pan. Pour 1/2 glass water in it. Leave it two minutes for getting hot. Step :- 2 After the two minutes, you have to cast grilled ginger and leave it for one minute. Step :- 3 Do the flame slow. Pour ajwain and haldi in it. Leave it for 10 to 15 minutes until water will be one glass only. Now, your drink is ready only in three steps. You have to drink it at night continuously two-three nights. And get result soon.
2.. You have to chew 1 tablespoon jeera (cumin seeds) and gur two times in a day. These are good for your body and it would also help you to take periods.
There’s another four detox drinks which help you to take periods immediately :-
These are easy and helpful. You will se good impact of these. These drink can manage your weight and helps estrogen level to do its work.
1.. Methi (fenugereek) Detox –
At first, take fenugereek. Wash it well. Then, you have to take one glass water and pour fenugereek in it. And leave it for overnight. In the morning, you have to mix it (fenugereek water) again with the help of spoon. And drink it empty stomach.
2.. Haldi (Turmeric) Detox – Take a glass . Fill it with the water. Take a tablespoon turmeric and mix it in the water. Leave it for whole night. Next day, In the morning, mix it again with the help of tablespoon and drink it empty stomach.
3.. Lemon Detox –
Take a deep pan. Pour one glass water. Warm it in the low flame. Now, put the lukewarm water in the glass and squeeze the half lemon. Your detox is ready to drink.
4.. Cinnamon Powder (daalchini) Detox –
Take one glass water. Pour 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder and mix it well. Leave the mixture overnight. Drink it in the morning empty stomach. These are detox which can help you to get immediate periods and lose weight. Because, over weight is the cause of pcod or pcos.
Pcod Diet Be Like –
As I have told you before, you have to maintain your diet to deal with pcod. Pcod is common disease. So, you can easily deal with your pcod from maintaining your diet. Because, what you eat will help you to get your periods regularly or scheduled.
In the morning, you have to start your morning with any of mentioned detox drink. So, it removes toxins from your body and toxin free body helps easily getting menses. (You can try detoxes which are mentioned in above paragraph.)
You should eat healthy breakfast. Like; omelette, oats, oat smoothie, any fruit juices, shakes, milk etc. Breakfast should be healthy like any other diets.
Lunch should vegetable salads (tomato, carrots, spinach, reddish, beetroots, cucumber, onion), fruit salad, soup, wheat flour tortillas, millet flour tortillas etc.
Now, you can drink black tea, lemon tea, and green tea. All these can be good for you. It detoxes unnecessary things and toxins from your body.
Breakfast should be as productive as your morning breakfast.
Cut carbs from your diet like; potatoes, rice, pasta.
You should add in your meal all these below mentioned things to solve your problem. All these should add in your meal.
You should avoid unhealthy food at any rate. I know, it is the most difficult task for each of you. But, it’s essential for you. You have to refuse pasta, noodles, rice, junk foods and more like this. Motivate yourself for not eating these unhealthy food items.
How I control myself to not eat unhealthy food..?
I left going outside to prevent myself from eating junk foods. I know, it seems little funny but it’s how I prevented myself.! Supports of others are very important. Because, if your roommate or siblings eat junk foods then you can’t prevent yourself. So, this is my strategy. You can follow it or share your notion in comments. Increase metabolism : cut calories Focus on eating metabolism not calories. Because, calories can increase fatigue, weight, stress etc. But, adding metabolism is essential. Increasing metabolism will be beneficial for you. You can easily eat metabolism products without fear of gaining weight. So, cut calories and pay attention on metabolism.
How to increase metabolic boost??
Eat high protein diet. Cut gluten and dairy in your diet. Do easy and simple exercises. Don’t skip meals.
Intake vitamin D :
What about vitamin D in pcod.?
There’s a key-role of vitamin D in pcod. You should increase vitamin D intake to solve your problem. It should decrease insulin resistance ; increase fertility ; and helps betterments of your mood as well as decrease depression and anxiety.
Signs of vitamin D deficiency :

How to deal with facial hair during pcod problem?
1. Start resistance exercises like dumbbells, pushups, wall pushup, glute bridge, crunches etc.
2. Add inflammatory foods like spinach, ginger, etc.
3. Add high fiber foods.
4. Do breathing exercises.
5. Eat peanuts daily.
How to deal with bloated stomach.?
Maybe you’re also bothered with bloated belly like me. So, it’s not a topic for bothering. You should add some food items to deal with bloated belly. Picture this; cucumber, ginger, pineapple, yogurt etc.
How to deal with hair-fall issue.?
Nowadays, it is common to face hair-falls. You have pcod or not. It’s not necessary that you have pcod. So, deal with hair falling problem with biotin. Biotin is highly recommended source to decrease hair falls. Deficiency of vitamin H and biotin is cause of hair fall. Eat items with has vitamin H and biotin like; cauliflower, bananas, whole grain, egg yolk, peanuts, mushrooms, legumes, soyabean, spinach, sesame seeds, avacados etc.
Yoga and exercises are playing lead role in the pcod problem. We sit in the bed or chair constantly. You should have to do exercises and yoga for stay out from it. Yoga and exercises are good when we do it empty stomach. You can do it morning and evening both times.
Malasana (Garland Pose)
How to do – Stand straight. Sit on knee bend position. Keep your weight on toe. Join your hand before your chest. Keep in this position one minute. Do it for 4-5 times constantly in a day.
Mar jariasana (Cat-cow pose) –
How to do – At first, stand like a cat with the help of knee and palm. gradually, up your shoulder and inhale. Then, gradually, exhale and down your shoulder and waist to the floor. Do cat-cow position for 30-30 sec. You can do it 4-5 times constantly in a day.
Bhu jangasana ( Cobra Pose) –
How to do – Lie in the yoga mat. Keep your hands before waist and up your head. Balance your body weight with the help of hands. Do it for 30 sec or 1 min or according to your choice.
Balasana (Child’s Pose) or child’s resting pose –
How to do – Bend your legs. Sit in the mat. (like Japanese sit.) Spread your legs and keep you belly rest between thighs. It’s easy and effective. Do it 30 sec and 1 min or according to your choice.
Naukasana (Boat Pose) –
How to do – Sit in the relax position. Raise your legs upward. Straight your hands before upward legs. balance your weight by hips. See your toes. Feel strech in your navel area. Keep in this position how much you want.
Uttanasana (Forward Fold Pose) –
How to do – Stand straight. Raise your hands straight upward. Slowly, try to touch your toes with the help of hands. During this exercise, trying to keep your body straight. Do this how much time you wish to do.
Kandharasana (Bridge Pose) –
How to do – Sit comfortably. Bend you knees in the sitting position. Lie in the mat. Raise your hips, pelvis and chest upward. Keep your weight in the shoulder. Now, keep your hands at your tailbone or straight in mat. Do it according to your choice.
Shavasana (Corpse Pose) –
How to do – Lie in the mat. Relax your whole body and face. Free your mind to all your problems and tension. Spread your hands and legs. Close your eyes. Lie 2-3 min or how much you want comfortably.
Baddha Asana (Cobbler’s Pose)
How to do – Sit in the mat comfortably. Join your feet in the sitting position. Clasped your hands with feet. Look at your feet. It is very relaxing.
How to do – Stand normally. Join your hands and raise your hands to the sky. Raise your one leg. Keep it on other leg’s knee. Stand peacefully.
An average person can burn approximately 450 to 530 calories in 30 mins walk.
Fast Pace :-
This is the easiest form of exercise. It can be done by anyone and this is effective as well. Every person should walk 8000 to 10000 steps per day. It is beneficial for you. You can burn 30-40 calories in 1000 steps. You have to walk in fast steps. It will more better for you. Walk regularly is good and healthy habit. It should be carried by every human to stay healthy.
My Daily Steps
Are between 6k to 8k. But, sometimes 10k.
When we talk about exercises, then there are numerous form of exercises we can try to make ourselves more active and getting out us from laziness. From the starting to six no. There are so exercises which are complete in own self. You don’t have to do all. You can choose as your preference and do any of it. I recommended 6 types of activities which are nothing less to any gym. Choose your favorite form and which is suitable for you.
Jogging increases body strength. Futile for asthma. It keeps your heart healthy. It also reduces joint pain. Jogging is better than running and walking.
It is known by everyone. Swimming burns more fat than jogging. It is an exercise for whole body. It maintains your body in addition keeps you in shape. During swimming, your whole body is used. Thus, it is perfect pack of numerous exercises. It makes your heart, lungs, muscules healthy.
Running helps you to burn calories as swimming and other exercises do. You should run 1 km to 2 km daily. It keeps your body fit and healthy. Furthermore, it is good for your heart as well as body.
1 hr cycling in a day can burn 500 calories. It is one of the grateful form of burning body fat. You can do it with your friends or family. It would be more fun than training.
Dancing is awesome choice to burn your bad body fat. If you will spend one hour in dancing then it can give you really great result. It can burn 500 to 700 calories in one hour. That’s so much affective from all of mentioned.
Rope Skipping :-
Rope skipping has countless benefits. It increases your height by inches. It burns your belly and body fat. 100 skips in a day can burn 14 calories. You can skip 1000 times in a day to burn approx 150 calories. It will help you to burn your belly fat.
Thus, calory deficit is more depend on your weight.
Meditation has thousands of benefits like stress relief, power to handle tolerance, regulates mood, help you to stay focused etc. You should meditate regularly for good physical and mental health. Power of productivity, creativity & concentration can be increased by the help of meditation.
Exercises for decreasing belly fat & pcod :
Exercises are the sign of healthy body. So, do some exercises daily.
Crunches are the most effective and easiest manner to burn belly fat. Crunches have several types; bicycle crunch, reverse crunch, regular crunch, crunch twist, vertical leg crunch.
Heel Touches :- Lie in the mat. Bend your both legs and try to touch your feet with the aid of your hands. Touch your one leg in a time. Don’t try to touch both. It’s cakewalk for everyone. Try it of course.
These are some great exercises which are highly beneficial to lose belly fat and regulating your periods also. Add these exercises in your routine. Make your weekly routine to stay fit as a fiddle. Everyone should do 10 mins exercise daily. It is a need as food, air and water.

Alovera :- Alovera can be treated your countless problems as well as it can be God to treat your large pores. Use alovera gel to lessen your large pores.
How to use alovera gel for large pores or open pores?
Take packed alovera gel or alovera leaf. Take out gel from it. Apply it on your clean face. Leave it for 15 minutes. Green Tea Face Pack :- Green tea is the great ingredient for open pores and whole face. It is crystal clear. It is an antibacterial product for clearing clogged pores or bacteria. It’s also good for fight against acne. You can use green tea serum, toner, cream as well.
How to use green tea face pack open pores or large pores?
Take a green tea powder or leaves in the bowl. Pour a little turmeric in it. Add some yogurt. Mix all of it. Now, it is ready for applying. Leave it for 10 mins and wash your face clearly.

Run your fingers all over your face before massage. • Smoothly zigzag your fingers on forehead area in vertical and horizontal. • On both the side of forehead area, rub your finger in circular motion. • Pinch your eyes a couple of times. • Press the center of your forehead. • Press the area between ears and jawlines for reducing stress. • Lift your two fingers on eye bone area for reducing puffiness. • Up your cheek bone center to upward area. • Pinch your nose to the forehead area.
That’s so easy and beneficial. Do it 5 minutes or more than 5 minutes. Once or more than once in a day or a week. It’s your choice.
Question 1.) Which oil is good for massage? As such your wish but coconut oil and olive oil is the best for face. But, you can choose as your preference. But, don’t use mustard oil.

Eating mix veg has numerous benefits. I think, you should have also aware of it. Mix veg has multiple veggies which are full of multiple vitamins, minerals, fibers, protein, and countless things like this. You should add veggies like pea, tomatoes, cauliflower, onions, carrots, ginger, cabbage etc.
My mix veg has cabbage which has (vitamin C, A, and K, magnesium, folate, potassium, fiber), capsicum (vitamin c), Tomatoes with (vitamin c, k, folate, antioxidants lycopene, potassium), Onions with ( vitamin c, b6, folate, potassium), Pea has (vitamin k-1, fiber), Paneer (vitamin b-12, selenium, vitamin d, riboflavin), ginger (calcium, phosphorus, iron, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin c,b), garlic (vitamin c,k, thiamine, niacin, folate), peanuts (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin b, protein, fiber) etc.
How I make my mix veg.?
Olive or mustard oil
Spices (cumin, turmeric, salt
At first, you should chop the vegetables for all process easily.
Step 1 –
Take a cooker. Put two tablespoons of olive oil. Leave oil for a little while. Cast cumin seeds in the oil and leave it until it gets reddish. After the 30 sec, do the same things with the chopped onion. Now, your onion has gone reddish. Put the chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic, chilly in it.
Step 2 –
Put a little salt in it so that it would ripen easily.
Step 3 –
Now, add cabbage, capsicum, carrots in it. Mix it all well.
Step 4 –
Now, put turmeric (1/2 tablespoon, salt (according to your taste).
Step 5 –
Mix it properly.
Step 6 –
Add your spices (according to your taste) in it and mix it well.
Step 7 –
After 3-5 minutes, add paneer in it. At last, close the cooker lid.
Wait for 10 minutes. And your mouth-watering mix veg is ready like mine.
Here’s mix veg which ready in 7 steps. Making it my fav work and cakewalk for me.
I used mustard oil in it, but olive oil is good to burn belly fat and weight loss. Anyway, mustard oil is also good. You can use it as well.
I used Indian spices in it. If you want to skip, then you can skip it and use only turmeric and salt. It depends on what you prefer.
Likewise, I prefer mix veg because I get multiple vitamins, fiber, potassium, minerals, protein, iron altogether in it. I assume, you should also eat mix veg once in a week for getting all vitamins together.

How to make oats..?
Ingredients (15 grams) –
1 Pcs. Tomato
1 Pcs. Onion
1 inch Ginger
Recipe (15 grams) –
Step 1 –
Take a deep bowl. Keep gas in the mid-flame. Cast 2 tablespoons oil in it. Then, after the one-min, cast the chopped onion in it. And leave it until the chopped onion will get reddish. Now, put the chopped tomato and small pieces of ginger in it.
Step 2 –
Take another pan. Fill the water in it. And add pea in it and leave until pea gets delicate.
Step 3 –
Now, put the water in it. After the few minutes, add oats in it. I made masala oats. So, I didn’t add masala and salt in it. If you didn’t bring masala oats then, you can add masala and salt as well. If you have masala oats, then you don’t need to add it.
Step 4 –
In a few times, oats will be like this. Then, your masala oats are ready.
