Run your fingers all over your face before massage.
• Smoothly zigzag your fingers on forehead area in vertical and horizontal.
• On both the side of forehead area, rub your finger in circular motion.
• Pinch your eyes a couple of times.
• Press the center of your forehead.
• Press the area between ears and jawlines for reducing stress.
• Lift your two fingers on eye bone area for reducing puffiness.
• Up your cheek bone center to upward area.
• Pinch your nose to the forehead area.

That’s so easy and beneficial. Do it 5 minutes or more than 5 minutes. Once or more than once in a day or a week. It’s your choice.

I am here with my latest blog which will define you about my all time fav thing. I mean, mix veg in my style. You can make mix veg how I make it for me.


Eating mix veg has numerous benefits. I think, you should have also aware of it.
Mix veg has multiple veggies which are full of multiple vitamins, minerals, fibers, protein, and countless things like this. You should add veggies like pea, tomatoes, cauliflower, onions, carrots, ginger, cabbage etc.

My mix veg has cabbage which has (vitamin C, A, and K, magnesium, folate, potassium, fiber), capsicum (vitamin c), Tomatoes with (vitamin c, k, folate, antioxidants lycopene, potassium), Onions with ( vitamin c, b6, folate, potassium), Pea has (vitamin k-1, fiber), Paneer (vitamin b-12, selenium, vitamin d, riboflavin), ginger (calcium, phosphorus, iron, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin c,b), garlic (vitamin c,k, thiamine, niacin, folate), peanuts (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin b, protein, fiber) etc.

How I make my mix veg.?

Ingredients List√

  1. Cabbage
  2. Capsicum
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Carrots
  5. Onions
  6. Peas
  7. Paneer
  8. Ginger
  9. Garlic
  10. Chilly
  11. Peanuts
  12. Olive or mustard oil
  13. Spices (cumin, turmeric, salt

Recipe –

At first, you should chop the vegetables for all process easily.

Step 1 –

Take a cooker. Put two tablespoons of olive oil. Leave oil for a little while. Cast cumin seeds in the oil and leave it until it gets reddish. After the 30 sec, do the same things with the chopped onion. Now, your onion has gone reddish. Put the chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic, chilly in it.

Step 2 –

Put a little salt in it so that it would ripen easily.

Step 3 –

Now, add cabbage, capsicum, carrots in it. Mix it all well.

Step 4 –

Now, put turmeric (1/2 tablespoon, salt (according to your taste).

Step 5 –

Mix it properly.

Step 6 –

Add your spices (according to your taste) in it and mix it well.

Step 7 –

After 3-5 minutes, add paneer in it. At last, close the cooker lid.


Wait for 10 minutes. And your mouth-watering mix veg is ready like mine.

Here’s mix veg which ready in 7 steps. Making it my fav work and cakewalk for me.

  • I used mustard oil in it, but olive oil is good to burn belly fat and weight loss. Anyway, mustard oil is also good. You can use it as well.
  • I used Indian spices in it. If you want to skip, then you can skip it and use only turmeric and salt. It depends on what you prefer.

Likewise, I prefer mix veg because I get multiple vitamins, fiber, potassium, minerals, protein, iron altogether in it. I assume, you should also eat mix veg once in a week for getting all vitamins together.

Ingredients (15 grams) –

  1. 1 Pcs. Tomato
  2. 1 Pcs. Onion
  3. 1 inch Ginger
  4. Handful pea

Recipe (15 grams)

Step 1 –

Take a deep bowl. Keep gas in the mid-flame. Cast 2 tablespoons oil in it. Then, after the one-min, cast the chopped onion in it. And leave it until the chopped onion will get reddish. Now, put the chopped tomato and small pieces of ginger in it.

Step 2 –

Take another pan. Fill the water in it. And add pea in it and leave until pea gets delicate.

Step 3 –

Now, put the water in it. After the few minutes, add oats in it. I made masala oats. So, I didn’t add masala and salt in it. If you didn’t bring masala oats then, you can add masala and salt as well. If you have masala oats, then you don’t need to add it.

Step 4 –

In a few times, oats will be like this. Then, your masala oats are ready.

Give two-three minutes to relax. Now, cast 1/2 tsp black tea in it. Leave for the 3- 5 minutes. And your black tea is ready. You can mix 1/2 small tablespoon honey in it for the taste.

2.. Normal Black Tea :-

(For 1 Cup)

As it is a name, this tea’s name is normal black tea. Take a deep pan. Pour 2 cups of water in it. Take a rest of 2 mins and leave it. Pour 1/2 tsp of black tea powder. After the one minutes, pour (1 inch) ground ginger in it. Leave it for 3 to 5 mins. Now, normal and easy black tea is ready.

3.. Black tea & lemon tea for weight loss :-

(For 1 Cup)

Take a deep pan. Pour 2 cups water in it. Leave it for 1 min. When the water will boil, pour (1 inch) ground ginger, mint leaves (4-5), one cloves in it. Wait for 3 mins. And cast 1/2 tsp black tea powder and leave it till it turns red cum black color. Now, strain it in the cup and mix 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice in it. It’s ready to drink.

Boil it for 3 minutes and cast turmeric (haldi) in it. Boil it for 1 minutes and after the one minute, cast the tea-leaves. Wait 3 minutes and you are ready for consuming it.

Step :- 4 Put it into the grinder to get it in the liquid manner.

Makeups give result rapidly but can’t make permanency. So, choose skincare above makeup.

Usually, everyone uses soap from years. In India, this ratio is more than other countries. However, soap is not as good as being before. In these days, it makes our skin rough and dry. Very few soaps are good for using. Self-made soaps and good brand are more reliable. Skip using non-branded soaps. Make your own body washer or body scrub by using natural products. It would more affordable and profitable

8. Which water is best for bathing cold or hot.? :-

Both type of waters have several types of benefits. So, which type of water should good for our skin? Hot water is helpful for you in lot of ways. E.g, it can give relief in headache. It opens your pores. It emerges dirt out from your skin and provides moisturizer to your skin. But, daily bathing with hot water can dry your skin. It kills germs from your body. Daily bathing with hot water can become your addiction. And you will bath with hot waters during summers also. Now, come to the benefits of cold water. It increases your blood circulation and decreases itchy skin.
It can glow your skin and hair. It can help you to lose your fat. Moreover, cold water is not good for heart patient. Both have some advantages and disadvantages, you can choose which water is the best for you. But, keep an eye on that too much hot or cold water, both types of waters are not good for you.

9. Change your towel daily.? :-

Just as, we should change our bed sheets and pillows. We should also change our towel. When we wash our feet, we wipe off with towels. If we use same towel without washing it then, it becomes a house of dirt. If it is impossible for daily basis, then change it in every second day. Don’t use same towels for hair and face. Because, both are different things. So, their necessity are different also.

10. Using sunscreen.? :-

Sunscreens are only for summer. It is the biggest myth, we all know. Our skin are tanned by sun in every season. It’s not depend on summer on winter. When our skin faces sun, it will automatically get tan. So, we should always wear sunscreen. And avoid our skin from the damage by sun. It only depends on weather that we should wear sunscreen or not. If it is sunny day then it is summer or winter. We should wear it. Do you wear sunscreen in all sunny day? If your answer is not then start wearing it. It will protect you from tanning.


11. Don’t forget your feet.? :-

Most of the times, when we take a bath, we forget about our feet. We should think about whole body, not only just about face. Not only the beautiful but also beautiful body is necessary.
