I am here with my latest blog which will define you about my all time fav thing. I mean, mix veg in my style. You can make mix veg how I make it for me.

Eating mix veg has numerous benefits. I think, you should have also aware of it.
Mix veg has multiple veggies which are full of multiple vitamins, minerals, fibers, protein, and countless things like this. You should add veggies like pea, tomatoes, cauliflower, onions, carrots, ginger, cabbage etc.
My mix veg has cabbage which has (vitamin C, A, and K, magnesium, folate, potassium, fiber), capsicum (vitamin c), Tomatoes with (vitamin c, k, folate, antioxidants lycopene, potassium), Onions with ( vitamin c, b6, folate, potassium), Pea has (vitamin k-1, fiber), Paneer (vitamin b-12, selenium, vitamin d, riboflavin), ginger (calcium, phosphorus, iron, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin c,b), garlic (vitamin c,k, thiamine, niacin, folate), peanuts (potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, vitamin b, protein, fiber) etc.
How I make my mix veg.?

Ingredients List√
- Cabbage
- Capsicum
- Tomatoes
- Carrots
- Onions
- Peas
- Paneer
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Chilly
- Peanuts
- Olive or mustard oil
- Spices (cumin, turmeric, salt
Recipe –
At first, you should chop the vegetables for all process easily.
Step 1 –
Take a cooker. Put two tablespoons of olive oil. Leave oil for a little while. Cast cumin seeds in the oil and leave it until it gets reddish. After the 30 sec, do the same things with the chopped onion. Now, your onion has gone reddish. Put the chopped tomatoes, ginger, garlic, chilly in it.
Step 2 –
Put a little salt in it so that it would ripen easily.
Step 3 –
Now, add cabbage, capsicum, carrots in it. Mix it all well.
Step 4 –
Now, put turmeric (1/2 tablespoon, salt (according to your taste).
Step 5 –
Mix it properly.
Step 6 –
Add your spices (according to your taste) in it and mix it well.
Step 7 –
After 3-5 minutes, add paneer in it. At last, close the cooker lid.
Ready🍽
Wait for 10 minutes. And your mouth-watering mix veg is ready like mine.
Here’s mix veg which ready in 7 steps. Making it my fav work and cakewalk for me.
- I used mustard oil in it, but olive oil is good to burn belly fat and weight loss. Anyway, mustard oil is also good. You can use it as well.
- I used Indian spices in it. If you want to skip, then you can skip it and use only turmeric and salt. It depends on what you prefer.
Likewise, I prefer mix veg because I get multiple vitamins, fiber, potassium, minerals, protein, iron altogether in it. I assume, you should also eat mix veg once in a week for getting all vitamins together.
